From the Principal
“Every September I watch children arrive as strangers from thirty-six states. Every July I watch them leave as family. That is the quiet miracle this college performs, year after year.”
Mr Ogbuanya Ezekiel O. Director / Principal, Federal Government College Enugu
Boarding life

A campus that becomes home.

Students live in houses under the care of house masters and matrons, with a resident clinic, guidance counsellors and a weekly rhythm of prep, sport, clubs and worship. The boarding house is where children from every corner of Nigeria become one another’s family.

A modern library sits at the heart of academic life, supported by science laboratories, technical workshops and specialised classrooms. WAEC, NECO and BECE examinations are all taken on site.

Admissions

Joining FGC Enugu.

Admission into JSS1 is strictly through the National Common Entrance Examination conducted by NECO. The college does not use agents — placement lists and screening dates are published on this website and on the official portals only.
